Very common when using 3u Tools. It is a hacking software package that does not play well with your iPad. If you also performed a Jailbreak, then there is no support for you.

All I can say is that exact same error is seen on many devices when using 3u Tools. It is not an Apple recommended tool for performing device diagnostics and Apple will not offer support for any issue you have while using it. The error you see may simply be due to the use of 3u Tools, since that is the only time it has been seen. That is not an issue that Apple is going to resolve. If you are experiencing an issue when using the device in the way it is intended, then take it to Apple for diagnostics.
