So, what happens when you try to change it exactly?
Does not say anything?
Does it issue and error? If so, what does it say?
Do you have any active subscriptions?
Even if already cancelled, subscriptions will remain active until their next renewal date at which point they will expire.
Subscriptions must have expired before you are allowed to change countries.
