Why are camera settings missing on my iPhone 13 Pro Max?

So quite recently I've been unable to change my Camera's settings (such as ProRES, resolution and FPS for photos and videos etc.) since the Camera itself is absent in the applications list. I'm currently on iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 18.3.1, but that issue has been bothering me since iOS 18 itself was released. Anything I can do to make the Camera appear back in settings?

try restarting the device and check ,if not visible you need to do OS reinstallation
