Visual intelligence and Siri don’t work in FaceTime

While in FaceTime, features like visual intelligence and Siri don’t work. It’s really annoying when you’re trying to show a cool feature. Apple should fix this. Is there any way to fix it without Apple support interference.

FaceTime Minimize Option Not There Hello, When I go on a facetime with people, my facetime does not have the option to minimize the screen while others do. The yellow minus symbol when you try to minimize is in grey and is not there. How do I fix this issue?
