Imported Audio Files at Completely Wrong Tempo and Out of Sync

When I import audio files their tempo doesn't match my session even though they were recorded to a mix of the session. Not even close. (The key is right, though.) A couple of the individual takes within a single imported file also seem to be at the wrong tempo compared to other takes in the same track. After importing, the three individual tracks don't even line up with each other. (It's the 3 long tracks at the bottom of the screenshot)

This is the third time this has happened. The first 2 were downloads of vocals from AI sites so I attributed the problem to tech glitches with the sites/AI. This time, though, the tracks came from a very experienced producer/engineer who I know well. And we coordinated bit depth and sample rate ahead of time.

Greatly appreciate any help since it takes hours to get things back in sync when they ought to line up immediately.
