Rotation Lock Button missing from iPhone Control Centre

My phone is locked to not allow rotation of the screen. I tried to pull down from the upper right to unlock the rotation, but the button is missing. I have used the button hundreds of times in the past, but now I can’t access it. Including screenshots of my top right drop down. Any ideas to get it back? I didn’t think you could move or select it.
