How do I restore missing eSIM on iPhone SE 2024 after resetting Network Settings?

I’ve seen this from others but no response or solution.

iPhone SE 2024, latest software update.

When I reset Network Settings then my active eSIM disappeared and now there is no option to add a new eSIM.

Please don’t reply that to contact my carrier as you obviously don’t know what you’re talking about.

This is an Apple software issue - please can they provide a solution.

Thanks

Resetting Network Settings on an iPhone will erase saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings. However, it will not remove or disable eSIM profiles that are already installed on the device. You would need to remove the eSIM profile separately if you wanted to delete it.

If you have an option for eSIM on your device then you will have EID. Please check if you have it.

Settings > General > About > EID (See the pic below)

eSIM on iPhone is not offered in China mainland. In Hong Kong and Macao, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation) and iPhone XS feature eSIM. Find out about using Dual SIM with two nano-SIM cards in China mainland, Hong Kong and Macau.
