whenever I try to open Logic, it tells me it quit unexpectedly, following with this message:
Honestly, it started crashing when I accidentally opened an audio file, which opened the apple music app, while I was opening Logic Pro. Although, it might also have been a coincidence.
Please help, I'm starting to lose it.

Thank you for the help Iaamusic, I rebooted my mac and now Logic works just fine.
Another tip: Set Logic startup to do NOTHING when opened. This way if there's a file/project based 'hang', you can at least isolate it to the project you're loading.
Reboot you Mac, check plugins for latest versions and licensing. Launch Logic.

try creating a new user on your Mac. Reboot and relaunch logic in new user profile.
