Purchased movies are no longer available on my Apple TV

I purchased several movies via the Apple TV store. Some of them are not available in my library anymore. I can't stream them anymore on mac, ipad or apple tv. They are still available for purchase, so I would need to purchase them again, which I obviously don't want to do. I can still find the proof that I purchased them in my Apple account purchase history online.

I sent multiple support requests to Apple but I'm not getting any replies. I tried chatting with someone from Apple, but he wasn't able to resolve my problem.

Can someone please restore my purchases? I now downloaded all other movies and made a local backup, don't want anything else to suddenly disapear.
