Advanced setting checkbox in Safari 18.3 in Sequoia no longer creates developer menu.

As I've done a few times before when necessary, I've gone to Safari,s settings and chosen "Show features for web developers" under the Advanced tab. It has no effect on my browser. The developer menu does not appear at the top of the browser window where it should. This seems to have happened right after updating to 15.3.1. or maybe the update just before and I didn't notice it. Safari 18.3.
