I am having an issue with my pioneer rayz earphones as i have bought them but now i need the app to edit the settings but the app isn’t even available in the app store

Speak to the developer. The developer doesn't appear to offer the app in the US.

I have same problem after switching to iPhone 16. My pioneer rays app was on iPhone 14 which I traded in.
