Background apps closing automatically on IPhone XR
My IPhone XR is constantly closing background apps on its own after switching between apps.. I could have 2 apps open and the minute I switch between them one closes

Maybe instead of switching you are swiping them. Understand the correct process.
On iPhone, use the App Switcher to quickly switch from one app to another. When you switch back, you can pick up right where you left off.
