My settings app on my IPhone doesn’t seem to work.

Everytime I press on the settings app it automatically closes. Like it will turn grey and then go back to my home screen. Ive tried restarting my phone multiple times and every other easy fix and nothing seems to work?

Only the problem is I can’t use my phone app because every time i open the app it’s just a black screen that kicks me out after a couple seconds. iPhone app won’t open My iPhone has started to go back to Home Screen when I tap an app. Was working fine earlier and when went to go back to app it just goes straight back to Home Screen. Help please if anyone can.
