Drag and drop not working on iTunes 12.13.4.4

I am no loner able to drag mp3 files to my Library. I have tried install iTunes from MS Storea and also from Apple. I still get a cross when trying to drag files, even manual adding doesnt work. Please assist.

Can't move tracks directly from iTunes. Why? Greetings, When I attempt to drop and drag music from iTunes to a usb I get a red circle with a slash line indicating "cannot or not allowed". Some tracks can do but most just won't let me. Does anyone know why or what settings to change to allow me to transfer? Thanks. Transfering directly from the folder does not work since they are in different folders and it takes a lot of time to do so since I want to transfer several files.

Problem with drag and drop of music files Why can I not drag and drop mp3 music from windows 10 Pro to Itunes (version Version 12.12.5.8)? Earlier this was never a problem. Anyone who has an idea for a solution or for what I am doing wrong? Thanks!

can't drag and drop or open files in Apple Music I have tried every fix and process recommended but I cannot drag and drop music files into Music app. I cannot open the files through the Import function under the files menu. I cannot double click the file to open in Apple Music. It appears I cannot add any files any way. The processes always look like they will work but the files never appear in Music or in the iTunes folder and there is never an error message.
