I’m trying to reset my old iphone 12 by using my hp computer and it’s not resetting. it’s been stuck on the apple screen with the loading line for more than an hour. What do i do, help.

Have you updated iTunes on your PC, disabled your antivirus, and connected to a usb port directly on the pc and not a hub?
another computer would be the next option.
yea i updated itune and i updated my laptop and still nothing ill just try another laptop
