appletv + can't watch on laptop

i can log into my account but still can't watch a movie. keeps asking me to start a free trial though i am paying $9.99/month to watch.

Apple TV+ Free Trial Not Working I am logged into the Apple TV+ app on my TV and have activated a free week trial. The status of the free trial is active under "Manage Subscriptions." However, I cannot watch any of the content, I am only offered a "free episode." Apple TV is not allowing me to watch I have an active Apple TV subscription, latest monthly payment of 6.99 was taken today. I can confirm this through the Apple TV app on my Macbook, however, when I use the app on my Samsung TV or the app on my Mac, using the same credentials, I'm not able to watch any content. Any idea why this is? I'm paying for a subscription, yet I can't watch anything, anywhere!

On what model laptop with what version OS are you trying to watch this?
Do you watch in the Apple TV app, or are you using a browser? Do try the other.
