Apple TV is not allowing me to watch

I have an active Apple TV subscription, latest monthly payment of 6.99 was taken today. I can confirm this through the Apple TV app on my Macbook, however, when I use the app on my Samsung TV or the app on my Mac, using the same credentials, I'm not able to watch any content. Any idea why this is? I'm paying for a subscription, yet I can't watch anything, anywhere!
