Location services are on. It is set up just like a friends iPhone 13 compass app but mine never moves. I have deleted and reloaded it. I have turned phone on and off. I watched YouTube videos still now working. Looking for new ideas. Thanks

Sounds like the compass is defective. Do you have a case on the iPhone? Try removing the case and trying the compass. You can also try resetting all settings. It won’t erase any information, but all iPhone settings are returned to factory defaults
