If you purchased music from Apple in the past, you can download those titles again, as explained in this article:
Redownload music from the iTunes Store on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
In case you have subscribed to Apple Music and your downloaded music is gone and you did not save the playlists, you will have to download the songs again manually.
