How do I enable both audio and video group calls on FaceTime?

Hello I wanna ask a question about ak audio call on face time and groupe call in video and audio I can’t do both and i need help how i can fix that and i don’t know when I try to get a chat support and talk to someone i can’t

FaceTime Issues Has anyone else been having lots of issues with FaceTime? Especially Group FaceTime calls? My Mom and sisters like to group FT most mornings and lately we've been having to use FB Messenger Video chat because FT won't let one of us in. It changes each time so it has nothing to do w/ settings or internet speed or whatever. We've done group FT calls for years w/out issue. But the last few weeks have been so bad we've stopped using it. Also, everyone is up to date on their software on their phones. So if there's something we can try to fix this - please let me know. It's been frustrating not to be able to use what we're used to. Thx!!

So I can make a FaceTime call but can’t make a FaceTime audio call how do I fix this So my partner and everyone else seems to be able to make a standard phone call with FaceTime audio, the only FaceTime call option I have is with video how do I get the “FaceTime audio call” option
