App Store is not working on iPhone 16 Pro

I bought a iPhone 16 pro and its App Store is not working ..I tried everything (logging in and out of my Apple account , date time and region is also correct ) I tried basically everything bt App Store still keeps showing “cannot connect “ this is a brand new phone and I can’t even download YouTube in there ..so it’s basically becoming a useless phone ..I desperately need help ..please help me
