People have said your password.. password to what? I have two emails set up on mac and have tried both. IO stopped using a signature.. Cannot get it to stop! help

You’ve configured Mail to sign (or sign and encrypt) the current mail message being composed, and that requires access to a private certificate usually stored in keychain.
Though the terminology is somewhat similar, this is unrelated to the mail message signature.
"Mail wants to sign using key 'privateKey' in your keychain".
