Guided Access password set
Someone has a set a password on one of our Intune (MDM) iPads. I have tried to remove it via Intune, using Remove Password and syncing. This does nothing. I have shut down the iPad with the Home and Power buttons held at the same time. Does nothing. I don't believe I can wipe it within Intune and be able to get in afterwards.
I assume that this could make this iPad non useable?
Do you have any ideas of how I can do get this iPad back working properly?
It is a DEP with an Intune MDM
