Rid of It: If you are using a screen protector, then take it off (slowly and safely).
For note...
Use a Liquid Fix, Instead:
Use what I use: Liquid Nano or Liquid Armor. It takes about 45 minutes to drive, and all it take is a few light rubs ---Poomph, its on there. And if you ever get a ding it's potentially on the liquid, not the screen itself. I got mine at a retailer, and they put it one. NOTE: Applying this to an iPhone would cancel AppleCare; so, avoid using it, is you current have AppleCare of your iPhone.

Sorry, my earlier response is for the case where a hardware keyboard is being used and does not apply if your problem is with the screen keyboard.
