Reporting iPhone cloning and identity theft by a family member's media company

I believe a family member cloned my iPhone for personal use with AI. I have a family member owner of a Media company by the name of MA360 Media. He recently stole my identity and hacked my IPhone I believe for financial Gain using his company to access and leak my personal information. Does anyone know How do you report issues such as this? Or Does anyone know anyway to prevent personal data breaches like mine from happening?

Since this appears to be a US based company, I strongly recommend you immediately cease all online discussions of the matter to protect the integrity of any investigation and contact the authorities including your local police and the FBI.

You may want to utilize lockdown mode on your devices, however the best solution would be to shut them all down and stop using them altogether until such time as an investigation is concluded.

You should also engage private legal counsel before proceeding much further.
