Missing call and voicemail notifications after iOS 18.3.1 update

I downloaded the new update yesterday morning and now I’ve missed 3 calls and gotten voicemails but never got a call notification or a voicemail notification. Anyone else with the same issue?

After the iOS 18.3.1 upgrade, incoming calls not coming through but FaceTime and text are okay. It’s been a week and a half no incoming calls and I’ve tried everything that internet suggested to try and fix the problem.

Frustrated!!
