iTunes and MS Outlook 2021 Contacts Sync Issue

An iTunes update i unfortunately agreed to, installed version 12.13.4.4 and I cannot now sync my MS Oulook 2021 Contacts with my iPhone. That functionality, it appears, has been removed by Apple. My question is: Will iTunes 12.13.3.3 work with MS Outlook 2021 to sync my Contacts on Windows 11? (currently, iTunes only see "Windows Contacts" to sync with, where it did offer Outlook).

Is iTunes still a viable option for syncing with Outlook? I thought that was discontinued years ago. I am trying to get my Contacts and Calendar which are both in Outlook on my PC laptop to sync with my iPhone either with a USB cable or thru WIFI. syncing contacts with Outlook and iCloud I just realized that contacts that I add to my iPhone are not syncing with my Office365 contacts on my PC. I don't recall doing anything that would have stopped this from working. I have iCloud installed and from what I can see the contacts are not being copied there either. Any ideas? This is what iTunes is indicating
