Wi-Fi and cellular issues on iPhone after iOS 18.3.1 update

My phone updated overnight to 18.3.1 and since then my WiFi and cellular connections have been terrible. They are functioning sporadically. Sometimes a reboot will fix it until I Iet the screen shut off and then connections are gone again or extremely limited. Emails and doorbell notifications are trickling in but Whatsapp, Youtube, Safari etc are unusable. Other devices on WiFi are functioning perfectly so there`s no issue with that. Has anyone else had similar issues? Can I roll back to the last version? Thanks for reading.

Edit: I am using an Iphone15 not Iphone11. I must have clicked on wrong device.

This is a terrible update. My calls are dropping in the middle of conversations and the phone just freezes. Internet is lagging terrible and my battery is draining to the point I am on low power mode. They need to come up with a fix quickly on this one. They didn’t fix bugs they created them.

After updating my iPhone 16 pro max to 18.3.1, FaceTime calls drop and make it unable to call back. You click on the person’s name and it does nothing. On calls, if I have the phone on speaker, the phone will randomly turn off the speaker. On FaceTime and calls, if I have the phone on mute, it will randomly turn off the mute. Cellular connection has also been horrible for me as well. Using WiFi, it’s fantastic.

I spent the whole day trying to sort this out. I tried to update and restore from iTunes and it crashed every time. Same with the Apple devices app. It left me stuck in recovery mode with a completely useless phone. If anyone does end up in the same situation, I was eventually able to flash it to 18.3 using 3rd party software. 3uTools - quick flash - make sure to check the box for battery health.
