Optimized Battery charging is not working..

1️⃣ Check If It's Enabled

• Go to Settings → Battery → Battery Health & Charging
• Make sure Optimized Battery Charging is turned ON.

2️⃣ Reset Charging Habits

• This feature learns your charging patterns, so if habits changed after the update, it might take a few days to adjust.
• Try charging at the same time every day to help it relearn.

3️⃣ Enable Location Services for Charging Optimization

• Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services
• Scroll down to System Services → Turn ON System Customization & Significant Locations
• This helps the iPhone recognize familiar charging locations.

4️⃣ Restart & Reset Settings

• Restart the iPhone (press and hold Power + Volume Up → Slide to power off).
• If the issue persists, try Reset All Settings:
  • Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset All Settings
  • This won’t delete data but resets system settings.

5️⃣ Check for Bugs or Background Activity

• If the update caused a bug, try a clean install via DFU restore (advanced step).
• Monitor if an app is draining battery (Settings → Battery → Battery Usage by App).

6️⃣ Wait for iOS to Adjust

• After updates, iOS sometimes needs a few charging cycles to recalibrate battery management.

My opinion.....Charge Limits are more of a gimmick than anything else, but that might be another discussion.

The battery will still charge to 100% occasionally according to Apple's documentation. The only real question is how often occasionally might be.
