Image playground app is not to be seen in my inbuilt apps.

You:
- Are not in the EU
- Are not in China nor was your phone manufactured for the China Market
- Have turned on Apple Intelligence on your iPhone in Settings > Apple Intelligence
- Have set the language and Siri language to a supported language
- Have updated your iPhone to iOS 18.3.1
