How do I turn off Apple Intelligence on my MacBook Pro running Sequoia 15.3.1?

I just upgraded my macbook pro to Sequoia 15.3.1 and I want to turn OFF Apple Intelligence, but when I go to Settings/AppleIntelligence&Siri there is a toggle for Siri, but no toggle Apple Intelligence - so how do I turn it off?

As benign at it may seem, I personally have no need for this application on any of my products. How do I turn off Apple Intelligence in iOS 18.3.1 when 'Apple Intelligence & Siri' option is missing? Hi all, I recently updated to iOS 18.3.1 on my iPhone 14. After the update, Apple Intelligence had automatically been turned on. That's irritating, but a well-known issue. My problem is that I cannot follow the straightforward steps to turn the feature off. If I go Settings> and look for "Apple Intelligence & Siri," there's nothing there. Just Siri. But Apple Intelligence features are now active on my Mail, and if I search for "Apple Intelligence" I can see a ton of buried menu items related to ChatGPT, which I absolutely do not want to use. I cannot tell whether these are currently active, but I hope not. I have tried restarting the phone off 3 times, but that does not solve the problem. How do I get the "Apple Intelligence & Siri" menu item back so I can turn it off? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
