I’m using iPhone 12 with iOS 18.3. I recently recorded a 28 minute call but I’m unable to play the recording since there is no play button present.
is there any possible way to play the recording either on iPhone or transfer it to PC? I tried sharing the recording but I’m unable to do it.

Please see the pics below which are self-explanatory to save Call Recordings from the Notes App to the Files App (Pic 1) or Share them with many options (Pic 2).
Pic 1: - Notes App to the Files App, on any Cloud Drives (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, Flickr, box, AmazonDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud etc) Then please log into them before you can access those files on Files App.

Can I somehow transfer the file to my PC using iTunes so that o can listen to the recording since it is a very important call for me and I’m unable to share, store or listen using my iPhone.
