IPhone 7 Back Camera Not Working

Hi, my back camera has not been working for a while now. I cant use it in any apps, it's black or frozen front image from the front cam if I switch it. It happened before but it came back after a few days but now, it's been months and it's still the same. Please let me know how to resolve this.
