Configuring iPhone 16 Pro to lower ringtone volume when answering a call

Do you know how to configure Iphone 16Pro (ios 18.3.1) to do this: the volume gets low when you pick up the phone (face ID) when you have an Incoming Call (the purpose of this is the phone is ringing at a high volume and you just pick the phone and the sound keeps ringing but a lower level). My Settings are like this: Settings/Face ID/Attention Aware: ON and it's not working, the volume is allways high)´Thank you
