when my phone is connected to the aux cord it plays the music but when i make videos i can’t hear no music in my videos, it’s muted. why is that ?

Aux Cable Muting:
So, is nothing on the other end of the aux cable? If so, then it is awaiting an earpiece for the sound output. So, don't leave an aux cable connected, as it would be muted.
