Some was mirroring my phone over the weekend and changed things on my phone. I could blue and yellow spots on my phone. They also turn my line off. Now I'm only getting between 1abd 3 bars now. What can I do to resolve this issue?

What exactly are your saying? No one can get into your iPhone, unless you screenshared, and gave permission. So, if the screen is damaged, then you need to get this serviced. Take a screenshot. See if you still get these colors when you open it in the Photos app. If so, then it is just a software error. If not, then it is a hardware error and you should get this serviced.
