Poor signal strength iPhone 14 pro

for some reason my iPhone only has had 1 bar for a number of days now. Nothing works to change the signal strength and I don’t want to reset my iPhone and have to redo all settings….my husbands iPhone 12 also only 1 bar…..what is the problem?

Check with your carrier to see if they are reporting a local network problem.
