"Unable to disable Find My iPhone – No Internet on device"

Hello Apple Support,

I am facing an issue with my iPhone 11 regarding Find My iPhone. I am unable to disable it because the device cannot connect to the internet.

  • The Wi-Fi is not functioning at all due to a hardware issue.
  • I tried connecting the device to the internet using Hotspot, USB, and Ethernet, but none of these methods worked.
  • Since the device cannot connect to the internet, I cannot disable Find My iPhone to turn off Activation Lock.
  • I have attempted Reset Network Settings and Recovery Mode, but the problem persists.

Device Information:

  • Model: iPhone 11
  • Serial Number: C*****4
  • Apple ID: 9*****5
  • Name: Alaa

I kindly request your assistance in disabling Find My iPhone, or providing alternative steps. I am ready to provide any additional information, such as the purchase invoice, to verify my ownership of the device.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,

Alaa ****

You have removed the device from your account after you erase it, Activation Lock will be turned off. This allows another person to turn on and use your device. If you're using iCloud and Find My [device] on the device, sign in to iCloud.com/find or the Find My app on another device, select the device, and click Erase. After the device has been erased, click Remove from Account. This will turn off Find My.
