how do i shut off the time limits on some apps?

some apps are shaded and they have used the available time limit. what is this and how do I stop the time limits/

How can I undo "Ignore Time Limit for Today" for apps on iPhone? I accidentally ignored my time limit for the day on an app. Is there a way to lock it down again so i’m not looking all day? There seems to be no way to reactivate it at all after clicking "Ignore for the day". You will have to ask the person who set up the time limits to stop them.
