how do i shut off the time limits on some apps?

some apps are shaded and they have used the available time limit. what is this and how do I stop the time limits/

How can I undo "Ignore Time Limit for Today" for apps on iPhone? I accidentally ignored my time limit for the day on an app. Is there a way to lock it down again so i’m not looking all day? You will have to ask the person who set up the time limits to stop them.
