How do I fix iTunes music library progress bar not moving on a new ASUS laptop?

my iTunes music library (just over 108k of songs) has gone weird, the songs are all stored in cloud plus  I

also have them on a  storage usb in case cloud goes weird as well, BUT  the PROGRESS BAR doesn’t move,  I've reinstalled iTunes about 10 times and it still doesn’t work, I’ve read comments how to fix this progress bar issue, but it still doesn’t work, I do have sound on my laptop (you tube & tv channels), iTunes progress

bar & sound still works fine on my older laptop , I’m a pensioner & get seriously lost in the usual help

desk techy jargon. I can hear my music via my iPhone. I even restored my new 2024 ASUS laptop

top twice. PLEASE HELP as my subscribers to my you tube channel are getting impatient

for my next music upload (uploading my 10,000 fave songs)
