I assume you are trying to redeem the offer on your iPhone. If that is the case, I would use the provided link to contact Apple directly to verify. The eligible devices appears to be the difference from that 6 month offer and the 1 month free trial, but there is no definition of what those eligible devices are. It would be well worth the phone call, because that is one heck of a deal for new subscribers.
