Markup Text - Color and Font

I cannot change color of text in markup for photos. I am upgraded to iOS 18.3

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 18

Anyone else notice with iOS 18 that markup text on a photo cannot have its color changed? When markup text is selected for editing a little pop up occurs. Hitting the font button in the pop up opens the dialog. Hitting the color button just closes the pop up.

Mark up add text change color when i edit a picture and use mark up/add text/ change color of the text, it just pops in and out. Unable to change the color. Happened after first update of my iPhone 15. What to do?
