How do I change Pages background colour to beige tint for dyslexic users on MacBook Air?

I'm spending longer on my MacBook Air up to six hours per day, I'm Dyslesic and I need the Pages background colour to be changed to a beige tint to stop my headaches. it would be good if i can change the colour levels.

You can set the background color in the document section panel while working on the document, and then return the background color to white when you are ready to save, export, or print the document. Pages is not smart enough to save or print files with the default white background color. MS Word or LibreOffice are smart enough.
