Can’t install apps since iOS 18.3
After I got the new iOS 18.3 I can’t install any apps of any kind and I don’t know why cuz before I didn’t have that problem until now
iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 18
What happens when you try?

Actually nvm now everything is ok I can install every app.
The problem was that the phone didn’t get used to the new iOS so I restarted and now its ok
