how to accept privacy policy for podcasts on iphone

when i say "hey siri, play podcasts" she says i need to accept the latest privacy agreement. I have tried & tried with no luck

Privacy Agreement If I try to activate Siri to play my music off my Apple Watch I get the message: "To listen to Apple Music, you'll need to accept the latest privacy agreement" I cant find out how to do this so that I can get back to normal. Please help me to do this please.
