How do I customize the order of contact lists on iPhone?

Can the order of the contacts lists be edited so that my list of favorites is first followed by other lists, such as

Favorites

All Contacts

Any Other List

How do I choose which order the Contacts app displays my many addresses? Whenever I apply for a job or to rent an apartment they want my address history which I am trying to simply keep them in my contact card in my iPhone but in order for that to work I need to be able to rearrange them into a certain order. I can’t seem to find a way to do that without writing them down, deleting them, and then entering them back in the new order. Am I missing something? This is a very powerful device, I’m sure there’s a way, anyone?

Problem adding contact to favorites I cannot add contacts to my favorites list. I have added many in the past and still have them. I recently updated to 17.5 and haven't added any since.
