Transcript on Mac not showing up

On my iphone I can see transcripts of podcasts but can't on my MacBook studio or MacBook pro when goto app or apple podcasts on chrome. Searched support and got:

View episode transcripts in Podcasts on Mac

1. While playing an episode: Move the pointer over the episode title, click. , then click View Transcript.
2. While viewing episode information: Scroll down to the Transcripts section. You can also click. ...
3. From the Up Next section: Click. , then click View Transcript.

Byt when pointing on episone title and clicking doesn't give you an option of view transcript (just goto next episode, share, copy link etc)

Please let me know if it's possible to see transcripts of podcasts on computer as so much easier to follow then on phone.
