Voicemails not showing up on my iPhone 13

When I opened my phone this morning I had 4 unread voicemails. One was from yesterday the others were from weeks and months ago. I’ve gotten delayed voicemails before, which is annoying, but never months later. One of the messages was important which is frustrating.

Voicemail is a carrier feature; you need to contact your carrier with any issues with it.


A couple of things to be aware of:

  • You must have Cellular Data turned on for Visual Voicemail to work; it cannot use Wi-Fi
  • VPN can interfere with Visual Voicemail syncing
