How do I turn off the screenshot or camera shutter click sound in my iPad mini or iPad Air?

I often use my Mini at night and when I need to take a screenshot it disturbs others.

I checked for this question and see lots of prior complaints about it dating back several years but NO SOLUTION!

Try to swipe down from the upper right corner of the screen to get to the Control Center. Tap the bell icon to mute system sounds.
